Unable to transfer rented movie

It seems the option to transfer a rented movie from AppleTV to computer is no longer visible in iTunes9 or is it just me? I have rented the movie on AppleTV but no longer see the option.

It used to look like this

Is it an HD rental? Or does that not make a difference?

Just a normal rental. It was rented before I upgraded to iTunes 9

Have you synced the Apple TV since renting?

That’s never been option. If you purchase your rental on the Apple TV, you can’t transfer it back to iTunes. If you purchase your rental on iTunes, you can transfer it to the Apple TV, iPod and iPhone (one device at a time).

It’s because the rentals purchased through the Apple TV are of a higher quality and bit rate (Apple touts them as near DVD quality) than the rentals purchased through iTunes (which are encoded for the iPhone specifically).
