Hello, under App Store, it states that 10.11.3 is available to update. Whenever I press the "Update" or "Update all" button, a message shows up asking for rebooting. Pressing the reboot button leads to the appearance of a message saying that possible update has been changed. Choosing to view the details shows that 10.11.3 is available. Going to Apple->Researt does not help as the cycle repeats. I have repeated this for five times but my system is still 10.11.2.

Unable to update from 10.11.2 to 10.11.3

Try updating with the delta: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1858?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
(or combo: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1859?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US but in your case I'd be more inclined to use the delta because it is smaller)

Do we know if 10.11.3 update works for unsupported Macs as well? Meaning using the same steps to install the OS as it has been previously?
