Unable to update iPad with ipsw?

I wanted to play with the beta, so I downloaded the ipsw. Upon trying to update:

"The iPad “iPad” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (10)."

And it left my iPad in an unbootable state. It's restoring to 13.5.1 now.

Not a big deal as it's a test iPad, but has anyone run into this? What did I do wrong if anything?

i think you need to have Xcode beta installed for it to work. I have been having the issue all day too. Same on windows, which obviously doesn’t have an updated iTunes to support it yet

Oh blast, that's more involved than I wanted to go. I guess I'll just install the profile then.
