Basically the title.

Trying to update to WatchOS 4.3.1 from 4.3. Have been unable to both while on PB1 and PB2.

The watch app lets me download the software update and then says it can't be verified because I'm not connected to the internet. Have tried dozens of times now, always on wifi, and with watch both off and on the charger.

Nothing seems to work.

Anyone else getting this?

It sounds weird, but try connecting your phone to a 2.4GHz wifi signal instead of 5Ghz. Restart your watch, and then see if it works.

Happens for me too. Running iOS 12 GM. Want to upgrade to watchOS 4.3.2 from 4.3.1 and can't get past verification of the update. Says I'm not connected to the internet. Of course I am!

I was on iOS12 beta and my watch verified straight away and is now installing.

I've removed the beta profile so don't know if that makes any difference.

I had the same problem as well. After a restart of the watch, threw it on the charger and it checked for update again and it worked. Currently dl'ing the update.

I keep having the problem also with watchOS 5. I have a freakin' 1000 Mbit super fast connection and obviously connected to the internet. Once it downloads it fails and gives me the following message:
