Resolved Unable to use email from another Apple ID

I have two Apple IDs.

Account A = email1@example.com
Account B = email2@example.com

I want to switch and make it like this

Account A = email2@example.com
Account B = email1@example.com

However I can't do that in any of them. Even if I change their IDs to something completely different, say:

Account A = thisismyemail@example.com
Account B = thisisanotheremail@example.com

I can't do the switch. Do I have to wait 30 days for this or call Apple?

I contacted Apple and yes, we need to wait 30 days for it...

For the record, today I was able to switch between emails. The ones that I wasn't able to use were now available, so what I said in the 1st post was done. We really need to wait at least 30 days before doing that.
