Unclear phone calls IPhone X

Hello

I cannot hearing clear my phone call partners with my IPhone X. I hear the voice unclear and crackling.
I inform the Apple Support but they don t
Call me back or send me an answe by mail.

Have any one the same problem or a solution?

Are you able to take your iPhone X to an Apple Store or Apple Repair Service provider to have it checked out? Bad reception could be due to several things but you would want to know if it's a hardware defect.

Today I get an answer from the Apple Support, they mean it is a Software Problem from IOS 11.4.1 and this is not running fine wiling IPhone X and I need to wait for IOS 12. with the new IOS version they mean it s running normal again. We will see...
