Undo typing in Notes

Where has the undo/redo/fonts bar gone from the top of the keyboard?
I found an undo feature undo pencil, this is a pain having to open that to undo.

And the 'shake' feature is just bloomin ridiculous.....oh yeah I'm gonna pick up a 12.9" iPad whenever I need to undo...😠

3-finger tap on the screen and the undo/redo, cut/copy/paste options will appear on the top of the screen
