A while back someone posted a thread with some code to be used in terminal to be able to quit Finder and I used it successfully. But now I want to reverse that because I keep quitting Finder by accident. Anyone know what code to type into terminal to reverse this?

Are you talking about this thread? If so, can I assume that you mean you've now got the COMMAND-Q or Finder menu option to quit Finder and you want to get rid of it? I assume Mitthrawnuruodo's idea of TinkerTool would have an option to get rid of it again but I've never used this app so I'm not 100% sure. :)

Yes, it's just to uncheck the Add "Quit" item to Finder menu, and you rid of it... :)

defaults write com.apple.finder QuitMenuItem -bool no
That Terminal command sounds about right, too... ;)
