Uneven lighting under spacebar - 13" MBP?

OK, this may be a bit anal, but my lighting under my spacebar appears to be missing lights?

Is this normal?

If you tilt to see light under spacebar I see

__ . __ __. where each line is basically the light. Missing section where the gap is on left.

Would someone check yours ?

Basically is it by design or a defect?

That is completely normal. It's not consistent lighting when viewed on the angle you are describing and how much light 'leaks' varies by individual keyboard. More light 'leaks' with this Magic Keyboard than did the butterfly design.

Design? The space bar has nothing to illuminate, so the edges illuminate?

My concern is the hap on the left. Looks like there should be 8 short lines. There are only 6 and one dot.

Mine looks exactly the same as OP's. Does your spacebar seem higher than the other keys as well? Mine wobbles back and forth. Seems to allow more bleed than other keys because of this.
