Unibody mac mini delayed by TNT

Hi,

Has anyone had delayed delivery dud to TNT in the last week?
My mini left Hong Kong about three days ago, and no updates since
 
Shipment delayed!

Same story with my mac mini:

24 Jun 2010 05:36:28 Hong Kong Shipment In Transit.
23 Jun 2010 22:51:22 Hong Kong Shipment Received At Transit Point.
23 Jun 2010 22:33:00 Shenzhen Shipment In Transit.
23 Jun 2010 20:26:40 Shenzhen Shipment In Transit.

Apple only states "shipment delayed"!?
 
I've been waiting for my Macbook Pro replacement for over a week now. Apple said there is a 'delay'... I'm awaiting a Rep who deals with shipments/customer relations to respond to me... I'm annoyed because if it wasn't coming from China, I would have it by now...

just phoned tnt and they say it is due for delivery tomorrow. I'm in the south west of the uk
 
Mine delivered very quickly through TNT from Shenzen, China to Adelaide, Australia. - sorry to hear about your bad experience
 
I ordered at June 17 but have had no delay, actually it should arrive any moment now, as supposed to earlier when it should arrive at July 2nd. Here's my status updates from TNT.

27 Jun 2010 19:32:42 Liege Euro Hub Shipment In Transit.
27 Jun 2010 18:50:07 Liege Euro Hub Shipment In Transit.
26 Jun 2010 00:45:09 Liege Euro Hub Shipment Held In Warehouse. Follow Up Actions Underway.
25 Jun 2010 23:27:00 Eindhoven Shipment In Transit.
25 Jun 2010 22:24:00 Eindhoven Shipment In Transit.
25 Jun 2010 18:46:00 Eindhoven Shipment In Transit.
25 Jun 2010 18:44:56 Eindhoven Shipment Received At Origin Depot.

I'm just waiting for the doorbell to ring.

I get the idea that TNT is pretty slow at updating package status. Mine's meant to be delivered in Barcelona tomorrow (better than the original 6th July date - which made me wonder whether I was the only person on the planet who'd ordered one), but this is what I'm currently seeing:

status Exception

Here's my current status. Yesterday when i phoned TNT they said it would still be delivered today. However they rang me back this afternoon and told me it had arrived in Arnhem at 1pm. However this does not tally with the updates below.

Looks like i will not get it tomorrow since I am in the South West of England

And it's a little beauty. Can't wait to get it home, even though Spain are playing Portugal tonight and there won't be much time for media center fun.

3 reasons

I can state 3 obvious reasons:

- If you want a CTO configuration
- If you are living in the middle of nowhere
- If you want to take advantage of the 14 days return policy.
(Most of the local Apple retailers don´t accept it.)

Ordered on 25/6/10, got keyboard, magic mouse, office, video adapter and ipad keyboard next day, got me excited for nothing!
Still waiting on the final pieces of the puzzle. Hopefully mac mini tomorrow (4 business days my arse), ipad in a few weeks (7-10 business days was way off).
