Hi all,

my very first post, but long long time lurker.

Since i have gone back to El Cap from the latest Sierra beta I can no longer access iCloud photo album via El Cap as my drive is not macOS format?

I can access my iCloud photo library still on other devices and the web, its just this Macbook since I've gone back to El Cap.

Any ideas?

thanks

Matt

Did you convert your icloud drive for Sierra. I beleive that's an option and if you did that, you may not be able access it via El Cap.

I think I may have a work around.

Back in El Cap, following a complete wipe from being on Sierra Beta (latest).

So under System Prefs and iCloud selecting photo in there causes me the macOS drive issue I mentioned in my first post - problem.

However, going into Photos app itself, and then going into the iCloud settings in there, it does seem I can successfully turn on iCloud Photo syncing there.

Weird.
