I used AppCleaner to fully delete FCPX, i still see a final cut pro file in Finder, It is called iLMBFinalCutPlugin.ilmbplugin, Is this a built in file in Catalina or is this a file that was installed by Final cut and appcleaner failed to delete?

Just curious, why would you want to delete a program you paid $300 to have? Try running AppCleaner again, it usually does and excellent job. Or you can manually delete those files.

I’m giving the computer to my brother and the computer only has 128gb of storage and he wants me to clear up all items that he won’t be using to save space.

Almost all programs (Adobe is the master, Microsoft is also very active, ...) perpetuate themselves by spreading countless data fragments on HD.
AppCleaner finds most, but never all.
However, with effort, you can find most visible and hidden files, although some of them do not have a copyright tag, which makes searching more difficult.

Of course, this problem is much smaller under MacOS than under Windows.

Unfortunately deleting the wrong files can end in a catastrophe. Then it is easier to reinstall the system.

For the maximum space savings erase the disk, and reinstall just the apps that he needs.
