Uninstalling Weathericon

I searched for this but I couldn't find it.

I installed weathericon from cydia, the app that puts live weather on the default weather app. When I go to uninstall it, it will not delete. It still has the little bubble on the default app, and it just will not go away. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it over and over, and its just frustrating, anyone have this problem? Thanks

Try reinstalling, go into settings and turn on and then off BADGE. Then uninstall.
