First off I love my iPad, but there are a few things I'd like to be able to do without interacting with my Macbook Pro.
Here's my weird situation and wondering if anyone has a good solution.
So I listen to a few radio shows daily. I either grab the mp3 off the newsgroups or a torrent site and I'd love to get it on my iPad without having to download it using my MacBook and then dumping it into iTunes then syncing.
The only solution I can think of is setting up my home server to subscribe to the newsgroup or rss the torrent site with utorrent and just have it download them automatically then access the server via some "air share" or other app in the app store.
My only question is can it be saved into the iTunes library on my iPad so I can then listen to it while doing other things and not bound by built in media player that usually pops up.
So I guess after writing all this nonsense the conceit is. Will any app save an mp3 into your iTunes library without syncing.
Thanks. And if anyone else has unique situations maybe we can work them out too.
