Universal Access Headache...

so I was bored and decided that I would play around with universal access in the sys. prefs..... my mistake because now it wont let me shut off this annoying tab thing, where it will highlight anything on the screen that you can click. look in pic one and you can see my refresh button is highlighted!!!! Its so annoying!
and the other pic is showing that everything is off... how do I fix this? also, i tried restarting, no good.

okay nevermind i fixed it... under keyboard shortcuts "turn full keyboard access on or off.... thats where the problem was

let me say though, for about 5 minutes I was going to punch my iBook....
