Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, but I thought this might be the best spot for this question.

I recently purchased a blu-ray with digital copy of "Forgetting Sarah Marshall (Unrated)". I entered in the digital copy in iTunes fine and the movie downloaded. However when I go to my Apple TV and check the "purchased" tab it does not show as my other digital copies have.

I thought Universal movies were now available in the cloud. I emailed Apple support and the reason they gave me for it not being available in the cloud is due to the fact that it is not available for purchase in the US (which confuses me, because I see it in there) Any ideas? Are only certain Universal movies available? Thanks for any help!

Do you have another computer with iTunes installed? If so, check to see if this movie is available to download. If not, I suspect a problem on Apple's end. If so, then you might want to reboot the aTV.

I've already downloaded the movie, but I like the feature that the digital copy that came with the blu-ray is available in the cloud. I thought that all Universal movies, that are available for purchase in your countries iTunes store, would show up in the cloud. For some reason this one is not. I will try to reboot when I get home and hopefully that will solve this. Thanks.

I understand that you've already downloaded this particular movie to your main iTunes computer. I was asking if you had a second computer with iTunes. If, on that second computer, this movie was available for download under the "Purchased" tab, then it's probably an issue with the aTV. If it's not available, then it's probably an issue on Apple's (or Universal's) end.

Rebooting my aTV didn't resolve my issue. In the meantime, I got an email back from iTunes support and they stated the reason that the movie is not showing up is because iTunes has a modified version of the movie that is different than the blu-ray. Not sure what that means. Both say "Forgetting Sarah Marshall Unrated". I guess I'll just stream the digital copy from my ipad. Thanks for your suggestions ftaok.
