iPad Unknown Bluetooth Device - Can't Disconnect

I have an iPad Air 2 running the latest version of iOS 13. I have an unknown device listed in the bluetooth settings that is currently connected. There is no "I" icon next to it, so there is no option to disconnect or forget this device.

I've attached a screenshot of the bluetooth settings.

Any ideas what this is and how it got there?

Do you have a TV with bluetooth? The number looks similar in format to my TV. If so can you disconnect from TV end?

No, my TV is 10 years old with no bluetooth/wifi.

Could it be a neighbours device? I live in quite close proximity to other people. Not sure why it would auto connect though.

I took a drive around the block and the device disappeared from the iPad about 200ft away. It has not come back since I arrived back home.

The model number seems to match a Dlink wifi camera, so one mystery solved. I don't own a wifi camera, so it must be a neighbours.

Now the other mystery is why would my iPad connect to this camera via bluetooth without my intervention? Is this just how it works with iIOS?

iOS 13 shouldn’t auto connect to any device it can without first asking, however a quick Google search returned a few answers.

Reset your network settings. You’ll need to reconnect to WiFi and other Bluetooth devices but should do the trick.
