The first thing I did after upgrading to iOS 13 was enable the “silence unknown callers” option.

But... they’re still coming through. I just got a couple of bot calls a few minutes ago. Double checked to make sure that the option was still enabled and it is.

I understand that Siri suggestions and numbers phone in emails will still come through, but these numbers that are calling are not found anywhere.

Is anyone else having this issue?
 
On the off chance that it’s because you called them back, try making sure the number for the unknown caller isn’t in your outgoing call log. If it is it will allow the call.

Damn, I think you got it. The 2 coming through I accidentally called back at some point.
