"...unknown error occurred (0xE8000013)." - updating to 1.1.1

I tried updating to 1.1.1 using the .ipsw file I downloaded. I did the option+click on update in iTunes 7.5 and selected my 1.1.1 ipsw files, it says extracting firmware, etc and after a minute or so I get this message:

Any ideas? I tried restarting both my computer and iPhone with no success. I have re-verginized my iPhone using Big Boss's script off of installer.app

After 4 hours...turns out I just had a bad 1.1.1 firmware download.
