Unknown File Server under Shared Tabs in Finder?

I recently purchased my iMac and noticed an unknown file server under the Shared tab in the Finder. I just wanted to know is this okay. Will this affect my use of the computer? Would appreciate some advice.

What is the server's name? Do you have any other computers on your network?

It shouldn't affect your system, it is just showing up Mac and Windows systems you can access.

Server Name

The server name is d9n1ly81. I do have other computers on my network, but I am not connected to them. Thanks for the help.
