So, out of curiosity, how does that work?

It scans mail content and specially signatures to check form numbers? It's on realtime when the call it's happening? If so, isn't that slow? Or it maintains a database of numbers that ever shown on mails?

I think you're over thinking this. Go to your inbox and just search "a". It can pull them up instantly. All they would have to do is search the number and if there is a match pull the name of the sender.

What would be cool is if it could connect to another external database and warn that its a sales or PPI (UK thing) type call. Or program your own parameters. So any calls that come in with numbers starting with 0843 are muted.
