Folks, I’m sure I’ll have to contact Apple on this one but just in case I’m missing something obvious I’m hoping others with a similar issue to myself can point me to another area of my account that I don’t know exists before I do contact them.

I have a handful of small payments £0.99 that PayPal notifies me of every few weeks, sometimes it’s £2.99 but mostly £0.99 saying “you paid £0.99 to iTunes and App Store”. However when I check my purchase history or active subscriptions there is nothing that matches these payments. I don’t recall making them either and I am usually good with my money. Is there any area of my account history that I’d be able to find these mystery payments? I only have an iPhone and Windows laptop, no other devices or accounts and no one else that I know of has my account details.

Any help appreciated.

Check your storage on iCloud, Apple charges $.99 per month for additional storage.

Settings>Accounts & Passwords>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage

Great suggestion and I was hopeful there but sadly that’s not the solution I’m below the 5GB free and the cost is only £0.79 per month which doesn’t match the amounts or frequency but thanks for the swift reply

If you bought music, songs would be $1.29 each (£ .99?) and you would get an email invoice. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Is it possible you or someone else signed up for a subscription? Google "Manage Your Subscriptions" and check there.

Let us know what you find!

I forget purchases too. Even have to think for awhile when a large one pops up on my Credit Card Statement. But, when done on-line I do get emails that I file.

I would think if someone else is making the purchases they would be larger and/or more frequent.
