Hi guys i got a 2.16Ghz C2D MBP. Randomly i keep having the screen showing up nothing when i restart/boot up my MBP, i do hear the chim but i see nothing, the only thing i could do is to force it to shut down and re-boot it again.
I brought it to the local apple centre, they said its a LCD problem and they replaced it for me. But after a week i got it back, i encountered the same problem again. Does anyone encountered this before? I suspect it a logic board problem but the problem is how am i suppose to prove it to the apple centre guy because this happens rather random. Any one? Thanks in advance!

Long shot: press F2 a few times. It increases brightness. You can repeatedly hit F1 to lower brightness till it reaches zero and the display goes to sleep. I just wonder if yours is asleep for some reason.

It is a long shot :)
