I plan on upgrading my AT&T account from a iPhone 4S (No LTE) to an HTC One (LTE). I am currently grandfathered into the unlimited data plan and would like to keep it that way. Even though I will be upgrading from a non-LTE phone to an LTE phone, is that possible?

Yup! - just make sure to reiterate you want to stay on the unlimited plan.

Awesome. Thanks for your help!

I was hoping to get my device tonight, however store fronts do not carry the 64GB model :(

I thought I had to get a new plan and that I would lose my unlimited when I bought my GS4. Shoulda seen the bewildered look on the AT&T guy's face when I said that, lol. He said I could keep my plan and still get LTE, even showed it to me the plan as he was setting it up for me. Good thing, although I've never had to test the limits of the "unlimited" plan before.
