I'm not going to connect to Wifi for the next 30 days to see what the usage turns out to be :D

There is no need to this. You can look on your bill or there is an AT&T app that will tell you usage.

I bought mine at BestBuy today and it gave me the option for unlimited, which I gladly accepted! :D

I'm talking in general when using the iPad as the wifi connection won't tell me how much usage occurs over that.

The usage counter only counts 3 g usage, not wifi. If you only use 3G, you'll be tapping your fingers a lot waiting for 3G to load.

iPad 3G received on launch day, never activated, unlimited option still available.

If you go into edit your plan... does it still show the unlimited plan as a choice.. or just the 2gb and 250mb..?

I agree. When I run speed tests the test results are very good. Browsing pages in Safari over 3G on the other hand is DOG SLOW!
