Is there a way to unlock an iPhone 4s that is on C Spire network. They will not unlock their phones. I do know that it is a CDMA network. If an unlock is possible, is it possible to use an iPhone 4s on a GSM network like AT&T. Thank you.

You could look into a Gevey sim interposer. They had one that unlocked CDMA handsets a while back, not sure it is compatible with newer firmware or that network.
Why not just sell it and get one that works for the network you want?
Only option is buying a gevey sim and that will be useless if you ever need to restore or update the phone. It will lock back again.
