Unlock for UK iPhone Possible? This man says so

I spoke with him, he reckons he can fully unlock (including sim unlock) a new uk 02 iphone

He will even do it while you wait if you want to visit him
He appears to be genuine

Has anyone tried him?

When I say sim unlock, I mean fully simunlock
