Unlock icon at the Dynamic Island gets stuck there

Anyone else notice their iPhone unlock icon getting stuck at the Dynamic Island and not disappearing when it's supposed to?

This has been going on for at least a couple of the most recent iOS versions, to the best of my recollection.

When this happens, I have to lock my iPhone and unlock it again, and then it goes away.

iPhone 14 Pro Max on the latest iOS version.

Friend asked me to stay on the phone last night, and it happened to me when I opened my phone up when I woke up, calls still active as you can see. We’re now on iOS 18. Still having this issue and this forum is the only place I found someone with it 😩 restarting the device gets rid of it.
