Is it possible at this moment to unlock iPhone 3G running the 2.2.1 firmware without the use of the turbo sim? And if so can someone please send me a link for the tutorial?

I told you exactly what you need. a BASEBAND DOWNGRADER and YELLOWSN0W, and gave you the official site of the people that created the jailbreak so you can read and learn how to do it. How is that lame? I shouldn't have bothered to post here in the first place.
