iPhone Unlock iPhone 3gs 5.0.1

hi, i download 5.1.1 on my 3gs and jailbroke and unlocked with ultrasn0w on redsn0w with ipad baseband 6.15. Although the unlock kept rebooting my iphone, i went back to 5.0.1 and downgraded baseband with redsn0w but ultrasn0w still reboots my iphone when i put my sim in. Any ideas? Thanks and cheers

Ultrasn0w will not cause a reboot problem, it is another issue in your phone.

Do a restore, make a No_BB IPSW, put the phone in pwnedDFU mode, use iTunes to navigate to your IPSW, choose set up as new, do not restore to any backup. Jailbreak with Absinthe 2.0.4 and properly install Ultrasn0w (do not hit the respring button, turn the phone off, then back on) An extra reboot might be required to get Ultrasn0w to kick in.

Thanks, will later tonight, will keep you posted and jwhat firmware and baseband should I use? And I make the no_bb Ipsw through redsn0w right or is there another program?

No it does not work,did everything u said, for a start the iphone won't reboot with sim in, it is defiantly the ultrasn0w unlock as it is as good as new. Please fix this dev team, as 4 other people I no have similar cases,
