unlock mac via iphone

i own a late 2011 macbook without the bluetooth low energy thingy
i saw alot of apps to unlock a mac via iphone using that is there a app that doesnt use le? i dont realy care about having 30 minutes less battery
is there anyway to force it or mod os x to display it as on?

I don't believe apple support apps doing this sort of thing any other way, and as LE is a completely different specification, I don't think there's any way to 'trick' it.

Unless you upgrade your BT hardware, you won't be able to use your iPhone to unlock your Mac.
