Unlocked 1.0.2 - Where do I go from here?

Hi everyone,

I unlocked my iPhone in October. It was bought with 1.0.1, I upgraded to 1.0.2 and then unlocked it myself.

What is the best, safest way of updating it to 1.1.3 and keep it unlocked?

I've got a PowerBook G4 with iTunes 7.6 on it.
