Unlocked iPhone 3G?

Hey, just stumbled across this site and they're claiming to be taking pre-orders for an unlocked iPhone 3G. Anyone else think this looks very dodgy? Anyone think this might be legit? Anyone bought from them before?

Its 2 things; a scam and dumb

1. It is a scam because he is waiting for the Dev Team to unlock a phone that hasnt even been released yet.

2. No one knows how the activation process works so what if they charge you if you dont activate? Then you just bought the phone for 159 and he could possibly be losing money on the phone to pay for the non activation. Bottom line, stay away...
