Not really sure why you would want to in the USA? Since T-Mobile has almost no 3G here, and the 3G they do have have is not frequency compatible with the 3G-may as well use the 2G.

And no I am NOT spamming for AT&T-I actually HATE them-but the 3G makes them tolerable.
