Unlocked Iphone 3GS keep getting locked

Dear All,

I am new on this forum and i am here with a big problem. I bought a new iphone 3GS Black, 16GB on the net. It came as locked phone. I tried to unlock it with Blackrain, it worked but everytime if i switch off the phone and then put it on the phone is locked. I get a message on itunes that phone is in recovery mode. I have to use Blackrain everytime to unlock it. I have spent lot of money on it but its not working. Its has locked automatically also without even sliding the red bar. Please kindly help.

I have a latest version of itunes, 9 and latest software on iphone, 3.1.2.

Omg

I so sick of these coming up all the time people please read research before you JB and Unlock! it should only take you 30 minutes to find all the info you need! btw just so you know there is no fix for it at the moment, except getting a phone with a older bootrom.
