Unlocked Iphone and itunes help!!

Hi my name is amber and I bought an unlocked Iphone 2g off of ebay.I have tmobile, and i finally got it to connect to the Internet. When I try to go the app store to download AIM Its asking for the password from the person I bought it from.How do I Change this and get my itunes account on The phone? Thanks so much I feel so silly for not being able to do it myself but im so bad when it comes to eletronics Was the I phone suppose to come with a syncing disk?Do I just down load itunes from this site http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and then sync it from there? Thanks again

There is no syncing disk, only a USB cable.
And yes, download iTunes, read up on all the nitty-gritty about the iPhone, create/update your iTunes account in iTunes, backup your iPhone and then sync it.
