unlocked iphone can't use in Iran

I bought a unlocked iphone(1.1.3) in Dubai a few days ago. I checked with one Iran TCI sim card there, it worked well. But when I arrived Tehran, it doesn't work anymore. I updated it to 1.1.4, and unlocked it myself by the way that many friends used. it was activated but no service. Is there any one who can help me?

Not sure what method you used to unlock but here is my suggestion:

(1) In iTunes restore your iPhone to 1.1.4 so that is is completely 'clean'.

(2) Download the latest version of ZiPhone from here:
http://www.downloadziphone.org/

(3) Quit iTunes, open ZiPhone, and then select Do It All.

ZiPhone will automatically Jailbreak, Activate and Unlock your iPhone within a few minutes.

i tried ziphone last night. evertting seemed alright. but just when it finished, it can find the operator but just show no service. really i don't know whatelse i can do.

finally, I know it!

the problem of can't use my unlocked phone here in Iran, is not because of my phone. it's just because of the TCI(one operator in Iran), my iphone need registration from their office then i can use it. or i can choose another operator, iran cell, if i like.

but there is another problem of my iphone1.1.4, it's about the wifi. i setup one wifi network through my laptop, but it's very unstable, always refresh, in one word, i can't use it.
