I have an unlocked iphone, one of the first ones from a year ago (4gb). I wanted to erase all data like pictures, contacts, etc so I went to settings, general, and then erase all and now it goes to the Please Connect to Itunes things and when I do connect it says I have to restore and it will update to the latest software.

What do I do? Is it gone for good or can I have someone re-unlocked it?

Update to 2.2, unlock with Quickpwn.

How many of these threads am I going to have to answer?

I'm sooo sorry for posting this :( I know a lot of random people probably sign up and post these threads

Can I get instructions to how I can update to 2.2 and unlock with Quickpwn?

When updating to 2.2, do I just do what itunes tells me to when it says I have to restore and update to the newest firmware?

IS BL-39 and BL-46 suppose to download in a second and not do anything when double clicked?

Well it says your opening a operating system and that editing or modifying it will change it.

dont open them after you download them, just let quickpwn use it as it's supposed to, and yes they are very small files, so they download quick.
