Unlocked iphones! Conference calls?

hey ppl!

i was trying out my Unlocked iphone which ive unlocked today but i could seem to get the call Conference call feature to work? it would begin to 'merge' but as soon as it does it unmerges the calls (however it never actually gets the calls connected!)

im not sure what the problem is? does anyone else have this problem?
using T-mobile btw
any ideas?

p.s it states before i make the call forwarding calls active or something but when i go onto my settings its not active?

wierd i'm not sure, it's definately not because of the unlock though, i conference on my t-mobile 1.1.3 all the time
