Can someone tell if this is all I have to do to get a Tmobile SIM card to work in an iphone 2g?

1) Jailbreak with blackra1n
2) Install cydia
3) Download bootneuter and install
4) Reboot with Tmobile sim card

Is this all I have to do? Will the phone work as soon as it boots with the Tmobile sim. Do I need to change any settings?

Bootneuter is for 2.x firmware. You need to install blacksn0w from the blackra1n repo instead. Also, turn off 3g before inserting your tmobile sim.

That is incorrect. Please do your research or have some actual hands on before giving out false information.
blacksn0w will not unlock a 2G, only 3G and 3GS models.
He does need to run BootNeuter even though on 3.1.2 thru cydia in order to unlock his iphone.
Also he got a 2G iphone, how is he going to turn off 3G when theres no 3G chip inside it?
The OP rWally was correct.
