iPhone Unlocking iPhone Baseband 5.16.07

So here's my problem,

I have a Norwegian iPhone, and I want to use a different SIM than the one that came with the phone. My modem firmware is 05.16.07. The phone serial is 88944XZE3NS, so it might be hard to upgrade to iPad baseband. I can't use an IMEI service to unlock. I wan't to be able to use either iOS 5 or 6 while unlocked. Is it at all possible to get to a different baseband that is compatible with the iOS 5 or 6 Ultrasn0w fixer?
