I am jailbreaking my iphone and it is giving me the option to get cydia, installer, unlocking my iphone, and replacing logos.
What does the unlocking the iphone do?

And jailbreaking grants you access you ALL the files in your phone. Unlocking is jailbreaking, but with the SIM stuff. ^
