Unlocking my AT&T iPhone 6s+

Just got a phone under contract with AT&T, but I'm gonna be in Canada for awhile. Any way I can unlock my iPhone 6s +, while still under contract?

Highly unlikely.

Only proven way is to pay it off early...you willing to do that?

You can submit a request and hope for the best.
I got 2 out of 3 iphones still under contract unlocked.
I tried multiple times till was successful.

Doubtful... but guaranteed NOT to get it unlocked IF you don't ask them.

There are online services that can unlock it.... I have done it in the past through chronic unlocks, but there are others out there.
