Anyone else have an issue when you unlock your phone via finger print, it proceeds to springboard than it quickly goes back to the lockscreen and I have to unlock with the finger print.

nope, never. It could be a hack you have running.

If not then, either hard reboot: power and home button until it resets or restore as new and re-jb

The only tweaks I have that I think would be related to the issue is Dynamic Text, Virtual Home, and NoDelay64.

I've seen people having strange issues from Dynamic Text. Try removing that and respring or reboot. See if the problem goes away and let me know.

I'm starting to think it's definitely DynamicText. I was just in cydia so I decided to look up the package. It clearly says it's not compatible with 64 bit devices. I'd remove it and see if it fixes your problem.

Edit: Just saw Juiced's post. If removing DybamicText doesn't work, follow his guidance.

Tried your advices. Still same issue. It seems like when I unlock via finger print too quick, it does it. Other than that, it will unlock once when I let the lock screen load.
