Unneeded update

So, I have the 80gb MacBook. Recently, my computer downloaded an update it apparently doesn't need: the superdrive update 2.0. Everytime I start my computer, it says “No devices were found that require this firmware update.” Can I get rid of this update?

System Prefs -> Accounts -> YOU -> Login Items

Remove it.
