So I upgraded from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 on my iPhone (iTunes 7.5 if it matters). And now I have this irritating bug/ glitch with Mail.app.

On the Home screen it will tell me I have unread mail, like so:

But when you go in to the Mail screen, there is no unread mail:

I've shut it down. I've restarted. I've done a hard reboot. It clears up, but the second I get a legitimate new email, it happens all over again! Argh. (Bone stock, never been hacked, etc.)

Anyone have a suggestion?

annoying...Have you tried deleting the offending mail account in settings and re-adding it?
No, hadn't considered that. Ugh, that'll be a pain.

And I just realized that I should have stated: 3 email accounts-- all are IMAP; one is dotmac, the other two are gmail.

I'm starting to wonder if it's actually related to 1.1.3 or just my 3rd iPhone having issues. Now, it won't "turn on" or register any button presses despite my knowing full well that it's fully charged and actually on.

:(
