iCloud Unreliable iCloud mail push notifications on iOS

For the past ~24 hours or so, I've noticed that my iCloud email push notifications on both my iPhone and iPad have not been consistently working. Sometimes, I open the mail app and need to refresh for it to show the badge and show the new message. Other times, it does work.

Since this is occurring on both my iPad and iPhone, I don't think it's a device issue. That said, has anyone else been noticing this for the past couple of days?
