Unremovable .sfl file

I recently uninstalled Kodi maually but there's a remaining file that I'm unable to remove. I cant find the location of this file and I dont know what else to do.

Right-click on it → Get Info.

Try command+r with the file name selected. That should open the folder containing the file.

Nothing works for this file. There's no path!!!

Have you tried restarting your computer since you manually removed the kodi files?

If the file is still here after a restart, I would first rebuild the Spotlight index to be sure that the file actually exists (or not).

After re-indexing the Spotlight this file doent appear in my system any more!!!

this is a Spotlight problem again.

Do an index rebuild again.

Wait for the process to complete, it can take a while.

How did you reindex Spotlight? It sounds like you may have dragged the drive into this Privacy tab then not dragged it back out after, which would turn Spotlight off altogether. You need to remove the drive from that pane after entering it to force a reindex.

I had this problem - rebuilding the Spotlight index worked.
