Hi

I have an iPhone 6+ and my partner has an iPhone 5S and we are both finding that since we have updated to iOS 9 and following upgrades that our screens have become very unresponsive. This doesn't feel like a lag situation, just that the screens sometimes just don't recognised you have pressed them?!

This happens on most menus and apps, even on the unlock screen, so can be very frustrating. Sometimes the fault is fixed by turning the screen off and on again, other times you have to reset the phone by holding menu and the power button as you can't swipe to turn off.

Initially I thought this was a handset fault but as it's both of our phones it would be hard to believe both phones have developed the same hardware fault at the same time.

Thanks

You could try a Restore via hooking up to iTunes after creating a back up to iCloud and or your iTunes on your computer.

My 6+ was like that the whole 10 months I owned it, and with various versions of iOS8.
