Unsupported sierra

I have iMac I try installing unsupported sierra after the start the boot for the pen drive e stay in the logo Apple the grey bar go until end and after don’t do nothing more stay there for hours. The thing is I used this pen for doing this in other iMac and Mac unsupported too and work. Can you help me ?

High Sierra works on my 2010 iMac 27 perfectly. There has to be another reason?!

Yes I do before in other Mac and works perfectly. I do the download and change for other pen drive and see what happen. I go try do with Yosemite and see
